Studio One Marketing Plan
The marketing team develops a marketing plan to execute throughout the semester. The plan includes developing a SWOT analysis, defining target markets and developing an action plan for the semester.
Before the marketing team’s plan can be executed, the team must present the plan in a formal presentation to the Studio One Executive Council. During the presentation, the council can cross-examine the ideas, strategies and goals proposed in the plan. If approved, the marketing team works to implement the plan during the rest of the semester.
