Closed Captioning support allows us to keep up-to-date with the necessary program that allows all of our viewers to enjoy this award-winning program. The FCC says that Closed Captioning, "provides a critical link to news, entertainment and other televised information for individuals who are deaf or hard-of-hearing." We want our program to be accessible and enjoyed to all of our viewers. You can help! Closed Captioning underwriting packages include 1000 announcements per show, in all markets and 7000 electronic billboard appearances on Grand Forks Cable Channel 3.
