I would like to request a :
1. New Course Site(not Online & Distance Education)
2. Course Site with Imported Content from previous semester (not Online & Distance Education)
3. Online & Distance Education Course Site (including imported content from previous semester, Distance Engineering courses (DEDP) and courses that have combined sections of online and campus students)
4. Under Development Course Site (used to develop a potential new course - no students will be added)
5. Community Site (this can be used for committees, groups, organizations, and departments)

Terms of Use

1. Only the instructor of record has authority to request additional access, use of copies of the course site. In the absence of the instructor of record the Chair of the department or Dean of the College may make this request.

2. As the instructor of record, I am responsible for copyright compliance and securing appropriate permissions for materials used within my Blackboard course site.

3. As instructor of record, I am responsible to remove students from my Blackboard course site as enrollment changes.

4. As instructor of record, I am responsible to save student grades and related materials as prescribed by UND's Record Retention Schedule.

5. As Instructor of record, I am assigned individual access rights and am responsible for any use or misuse. Passwords and other types of authorization may not be shared with others. Providing unauthorized access may result in suspension of privileges in the system.
